House Rules & Goals for Colorado Rockies Year 1:
Settings:
Hitting & Pitching=Dynamic Difficulty (Hitting Currently at Veteran +++) (Pitching at All-Star +)
Meter Pitching with Pitch trail on
House Rules for Transactions:
CPU Roster Control OFF; Let it all play out
Fair Trades
-Only trade for players placed on Trading Block by their respective teams
-Don't take advantage of other teams in Trade Finder
-2 Trades per month is allowed unless trade is offered by another organization
Call ups
-Top Prospects with A potential and overall under 65 cannot be called up in year 1
Cuts & Send Downs
-Only players in the last year of their contract may be designated for assignment, or released during the season
-No player may be cut during the season that is hitting over .300 or Pitching with an Era under 3
40 Man Roster
-70% Veterans (Over 2 Years of MLB Service Time)
Players who are untouchable in Year 1:
-Jordan Lyles
-Troy Tulowitzki
-Carlos Gonzalez
-Charlie Blackmon
-Nolan Arenado
Gameplay:
-All Games must be played, no simmage (shouldn't be an issue)
-Full Counts (Quick Counts OFF)
-At least 1 game per series Broadcasted on DynastyLegend99os Channel on Twitch.tv
-Average 1.25 Games played per day (Regular Season Only)
-Provide Box Scores for All games on OS Dynasty Blog

Year 1 Goals:
-Win 75 Games
-Lose no more than 87 Games
-Team Batting Average above .275
-Top 15 in the league in Home Runs
-Trade for a 79+ Overall Starting Pitcher or Middle Reliever
-Develop Kyle Freeland into a possible year 2 AAA Pitcher
-Develop Forrest Wall into a possible year 2 AAA Hitter
-Average 1.8 Walks Per game (Hitting)
-Make opposing starters average 12-15 Pitches per inning
-No Starter will throw more than 115 Pitches in one game
-Be in top 15 in Strikeouts (Pitching)
-Be in top 20 in Run Production
